Job Description- Track each accepted candidate from offer acceptance until successful joining and completion of all onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, IT, Government Relations, Administration, and hiring managers to ensure all onboarding actions are completed on time.
- Maintain onboarding trackers covering joining date, employee file completion, system creation, medical insurance, applicable government registration, IT assets, access, seating, accommodation, transportation, and induction status.
- Track each resignation, termination, mutual separation, contract end, transfer, or other exit case from initiation until full closure.
- Follow up on last working day confirmation, clearance status, asset return, access cancellation, employee file updates, exit interview, experience letter, and final settlement processing.
- Monitor final settlement status until payment is released and confirmed.
- Follow up with the concerned departments to ensure resigned or separated employees are removed or deactivated from all relevant company systems, access platforms, email groups, attendance records, HR systems, and operational databases after the approved last working day.
- Track expatriate employee exit visa, transfer, or sponsorship-related closure in coordination with Government Relations and relevant process owners.
- Maintain a clear offboarding tracker showing responsible department, due date, completion date, pending action, delay reason, and escalation status.
- Act as the single tracker owner for onboarding and offboarding cases, ensuring all relevant departments update their actions on time.
- Prepare regular new joiner reports, leaver reports, headcount movement reports, pending action reports, and process aging reports.
- Analyze turnover trends, exit reasons, department-wise movement, voluntary and involuntary exits, and recurring separation drivers.
- Recommend process improvements based on recurring delays, missing ownership, employee feedback, or common exit reasons.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information, final settlement details, government documents, and HR records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, employee administration, onboarding, offboarding, shared services, or HR coordination.
- Strong reporting skills are mandatory, including the ability to prepare accurate trackers, dashboards, employee data reports, turnover analysis, aging reports, and management summaries.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; dashboard or Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Professional communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, follow-up discipline, and stakeholder management capability.
Skills Required
