The HR Operations Analyst serves a vital role for day-to-day execution of people transactions in Workday and prompt resolution of inquiries from our team members and managers. This role serves on a cross functional team troubleshooting transactions as needed and ensuring the maintenance of organizational data integrity. Additionally, the HR Operations Analyst is involved in continuous development of Workday enhancements throughout the project cycle. The role is focused on efficiencies and the end user experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Act upon transactions related to key HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, job and organizational changes through the Workday inbox and ticketing system.
- Support end users and partner teams with HR data requests. Diagnose data issues through troubleshooting and making necessary corrections.
- Partner with colleagues to support Form I-9 and unemployment administration.
- Run standard and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Review HR data for accuracy, compliance and consistency through audits and validation. Identify and resolve data gaps and quality issues. Troubleshoot and correct integration data errors.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for continuous improvement of Workday business processes. Participate in the project cycle from intake through deployment with a focus on testing for scheduled deployments.
- Miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems and understand system data management. HRIS experience needed. Prior experience with Workday a strong plus.
- Must be customer focused, detail oriented and demonstrate problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong team player with a natural tendency for collaboration, sharing ideas and learning and supporting other colleagues.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk, type and visually use a computer for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to communicate on a telephone and in group meetings on a computer
- May be required to lift up to 20 pounds and operate printers and other office equipment

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
Pay Range:
