Job DescriptionSummer 2027 Internship
Duration: Monday, May 17th- August 20th, 2027
Location: Austin, TX
What You Can Expect:
- Meaningful Project Work: Every Intern is assigned a project that delivers value to the business.
- Lean Thinking: Interns are expected to apply Lean principles and continuous improvement thinking throughout their project work; Lean training and resources will be provided.
- Our Goal is to provide interns with meaningful, hands-on experiences that contribute to business objectives while supporting their professional development
- Assist in data cleansing and HRIS system maintenance tasks.
- Assist with routine testing of HRIS system enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR team members to understand basic report requirements.
- Follow data privacy and governance policies in all activities.
- Maintain awareness of basic HR analytics trends.
- Participate in compliance reporting activities (e.g., EEOC, VETS).
- Support ad-hoc report requests with guidance.
- Support creation and documentation of Workday user manuals and training materials.
- Generate standard Workday HR reports following established templates and guidelines.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HR terminology and processes in hardware/semiconductor industry preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Basic understanding of HR data, systems (preferably Workday), and reporting tools.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Data Science/Analyst, or related field
- No experience necessary
