As the HR Operations Adviser you are the first point of contact for recruiters, candidates and managers to schedule interviews with candidates. You will coordinate with internal and external interview participants. You will be based on-site at our Liverpool offices and report to the HR Operations Supervisor.
Responsibilities:

Interview scheduling with candidates and managers.

Archiving of documents in personal folders.

Coordinate candidate’s appointments with the medical service for Marburg (Germany).

Support managers in the recruiting process.

Answer tickets in relation to talent acquisition process.

Ensures that case notes are professionally written and that they thoroughly and accurately detail the issue and the proposed resolution.

Enhances HR’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to HR Operations.

Conducts day to day HRIS transactional processing in Employee Cloud/Workday.

Process SAP data entries for lunch vouchers and primes for placing someone in the organization.

Sends monthly reminder to managers for the end of probation time of their new hire, birthdays, and work anniversary etc.

Process reimbursement of candidate’s travel expenses - receives and checks invoice, forwards to Tier 2, Finance and Recruiter (in Marburg only)
Your skills and experience
-
Fluent in English and German required.

Education A level, HR Qualification preferred.
-
Experience in HR or Shared Services operations; experience spanning multiple HR areas is desirable.

Knowledge of Case Management systems WorkDay / ServiceNow desirable.

Attention to detail, as well as strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Microsoft Office proficiency
