What you'll be doing

As an HR Operations Trainee, you will work closely with the HR Operations Department and support the team in delivering day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities. Your main responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

• Issuing HR letters and assisting with the translation of official documents.

• Attending, documenting, and translating documents when required.

• Supporting the onboarding process for new joiners, including: Preparing welcome materials, Coordinating employee ID card issuance, Collecting required documents.

• Assisting the HR team with offer letter preparation and issuance.

• Maintaining accurate filing and archiving of HR documents, both: Electronically (soft copies), Manually (hard copies)

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / English Translation or a related field

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, word, PowerPoint.
