Bradford Health Services has an exciting opportunity for a person who wants to be a part of the change occurring within the Human Resources Department. Under new leadership we are currently looking for a Full-time HR Onboarding Coordinator to support our growing organization at our Corporate Support Center. The HR Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's onboarding and orientation process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all new hires. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all new employees from the time of offer acceptance through orientation and integration into the organization. The Onboarding Coordinator ensures all pre-employment requirements are completed, maintains employee records including licensure and certification, coordinates all onboarding activities, including HR orientation, and partners with Human Resources, hiring managers, and department and facility leaders to support employee engagement and retention.

- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations, or the ability to complete required training and maintain compliance.
Education and Experience Required
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- One to three years of human resources, onboarding, recruiting or related experience preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
