We seek a motivated person able to learn, adapt, and innovate. In this role, you will be assisting the HR team in their daily operations. The perfect candidate has HR/administrative background, has good knowledge of Excel and is a German - and English-speaker. This position is based at our headquarters in Amsterdam. - Dealing with full range of operational HR activities for stores in Germany including onboarding, off-boarding, contract changes, employee changes and payroll preparation, including system data entry and drafting relevant documentation
- Providing support to HR Business Partners dealing with confidential employee issues such as disciplinaries and dismissals.
- Supporting and instructing Store Managers on (local) legislation and HR procedures (e.g. checking ID’s, visa, schedules, etc.)
- Working with the HR team on standardizing and documenting (local) HR processes, templates, forms and checklists (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Completing & managing the personal files and ensuring all required documents are complete
- Handling absence & holiday administration (sick leave, parental leave and other absences)
who you are:
- At least 1-3 years of HR/administrative background
- Fluent German and English language skills
- An energetic person with a hands-on and pragmatic mentality
- Have strong communication skills
- Able to work accurately
