The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $62,250-91,300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do In This Role:
HR support & administration: Provide HR support to HR team, leaders and employees, including responding to basic inquiries, administering and communicating HR programs, managing HR reporting and administration, preparing and leading the new hire experience, managing routine administrative tasks and supporting day-to-day HR service delivery.
Site Employee Activities: Lead the project planning, coordination, and executing of employee activities partnering with a cross-functional for the Grand Rapids campus.
Executive operations & coordination: Serve as an operational partner to HR executives, managing calendars, international travel, and end-to-end logistics for meetings and events (domestically and internationally).
Global travel & expense support: Support international travel planning and expense management for HR leadership, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a high-quality executive experience.
Program & project enablement: Support coordination of cross-functional HR initiatives, support executive-level reporting and communications, and ensure follow-through on key actions and deliverables.
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of experience in functional administrative support and/or office management in a global corporate environment, including coordinating international travel, planning group meetings and events, processing expense reports, etc.
Familiarity with basic HR administration and support.
Must be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational, attention to details, time management, and communication skills as this is critical for success in this role.
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including AI tools for efficiencies.
Experience managing complex projects, travel, and sensitive communications.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
A service-driven, can-do attitude with a desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
