Scale Tech is a Lithuanian software development and outsourcing agency working with clients across Lithuania, Europe, and the US. We're looking for an organised, proactive person to be the backbone of our office — someone who keeps things running smoothly and makes Scale Tech a great place to work every day.

This is a full-time, fully on-site role based at our Vilnius office on Ukmergės g. 126 (next to Panorama). You'll be the first point of contact for anything office- and admin-related, working closely with our Project Management and HR teams.

What you'll be doing:

    Work full-time from the office and serve as the main point of contact for all office-related queries and administrative matters.
     
    Organise and coordinate internal and external events, manage document administration, and support HR generalist tasks — including medical books, journals, and other office resources.
     
    Manage company documentation: contracts, employee records, vacation/sick leave administration, hardware tracking, and equipment ordering.
     
    Handle day-to-day office operations — ordering supplies, coordinating grocery and office orders via Barbora, and keeping the workspace well maintained.
     
    Manage the company's LinkedIn profile and oversee B2B review platforms.
     
    Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employee business trips.
     
    Administer core HR processes: employment contracts, onboarding, salary and contract changes, offboarding, and ensuring all systems and documentation are accurate and up to date.
     
    Communicate and collaborate closely with Project Management, Accounting, and HR teams — including coordinating monthly invoice collection with accountants.
     
    Plan and organise team-building events, off-sites, parties, conferences, and employee/partner/client gifts for special occasions.
