Lead HR for a ~300-employee manufacturing site in Dzierżoniow, implementing global HR initiatives locally, ensuring legal compliance, driving talent management, compensation cycles, change management, EHS/sustainability alignment, and partnering with site and global HR stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

You will be leading our HR team and our people agenda in Poland with a site in Dzierżoniów with around 300 employees. It includes the responsibility and partnership with the plant leadership as well as with international leaders and their teams based in Dzierżoniow.

  • Launch global HR initiatives at local level considering change management.

  • Lead the delivery of HR day-to-day work, checking and keeping processes up to date.

  • Partner with the local leadership team to design and implement the HR and business strategy

  • Facilitate the goal deployment process and ensure consistent progress through strategic planning sessions with the leadership team.

  • Guarantee full compliance with local legislation and company policies.

  • Utilize available labor flexibility tools to optimize labor costs and business productivity.

  • Lead compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and bonus cycles in accordance with corporate standards.

  • Championships in a culture of health, safety, and well-being across all HR processes.

  • Ensure full compliance with internal EHS systems and support local sustainability initiatives.

  • Partner with the site leadership as advisor and enabling function related to all people matters including addressing of market influences and trends

  • Partner with global managers to guide their navigation at local level

  • Collaborate with the nVent HR Centers of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRIS and functional HR colleagues across the globe

You have:

  • A degree in Law, Human Resources, Economics or comparable

  • 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Proven expertise in polish labor law,

  • Demonstrated success in organizational development, talent management, and performance culture transformation.

  • Fluent command of Polish and English (both written and spoken).

  • A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.

  • Experience working in matrix or international organizations is a plus.

  • Strong customer first attitude combined with a balanced level of assertiveness

  • Hands-on mentality to get things done; build an environment of inclusiveness

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

Monthly Gross Compensation Range:

zł12.583,30 - zł26.133,30 Per Month

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
