Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function at our Cairo office. As part of our regional HR leadership team, you will play a critical role in managing and evolving our people strategy to support our rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Group Head of HR, you will oversee HR operations for a workforce of 150-200 employees, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design and execution of HR strategies aligned with ML Group’s business goals.

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes to attract top-tier tech and software professionals.

  • Champion performance management, learning and development, and leadership programs.

  • Foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and ML Group’s global policies.

  • Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure market competitiveness.

  • Utilize HR Masr to streamline HR processes, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on all HR matters, including employee relations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change and development initiatives.

  • Provide regular HR metrics and reports to the Group Head of HR and leadership.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the software or IT industry.

  • Proven track record of leading HR functions in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.

  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, particularly HR Masr.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capabilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or professional HR certification—SHRM, CIPD—is a plus).
