The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the HR function for three sites within our Diagnostics manufacturing organization. This position will support Chaska, Minnesota and two sites in Kentucky.
This position reports to the Director, HR North American Operations and is part of a team of North American HR professionals. The position will be an on-site role based in Chaska, Minnesota.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Coach and develop leaders through key people related topics, including Workforce Planning, Engagement, Inclusion, Talent Management & Development initiatives.
- Collaborate with COE’s in Employee Relations, Compensation, Talent Management, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and Inclusion teams, leveraging their expertise to build and implement people strategies for client groups.
- Leverage metrics and KPIs, using established tools and creative data analytics to drive and sustain actionable change.
- Support Beckman Coulter as an Employer of Choice in the market.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years or Master’s degree with 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting all core disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, talent management, recruiting, and leadership coaching.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders in manufacturing or operations environments, providing hands-on HR support aligned to business performance and workforce needs.
- Proven ability to operate in and support an HR transformation to a shared services model, enabling HRBPs to focus on strategic business partnership and impact.
- Track record of driving change management initiatives and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership during periods of growth, expansion, and organizational change.
- Experience leveraging Workday HRIS along with strong project management skills to lead initiatives, execute with discipline, and deliver measurable results.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel 15-20% travel, day trips and some overnight, within Florida / Kentucky
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 10lb, any other physical requirements
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience in a regulated (FDA, DCAA) industry
- Certifications in HR and/or LEAN / Six Sigma / Continuous improvement

The annual salary range for this role is $135,000 - $150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
