HR Manager - India (Delhi NCR) - Hybrid
About The Role:
The India HR Manager will focus on building high performing teams with a healthy balance of acquiring talent and developing talent internally. Due to the rapid global growth of Valocity India and our ambitious scaling plans, we need an experienced and innovative Human Resource Manager to enable us to achieve our vision.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end to end recruitment for India operations, everything from preparing job descriptions, to providing job briefing internally, job advertisement (on LinkedIn Naukri etc), sourcing candidates through to screening, booking interviews, background checking, offers and contracts etc.
- Candidate and stakeholder management, always promoting and representing the Valocity brand.
- Manage an active candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill and business critical positions, utilising your network and using other social media and search platforms like LinkedIn etc
- Own the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding to offboarding.
HR Operations
- Manage employee life cycle: Onboarding, Reference and Background checks, Employee engagement, Growth, Offboarding and the Exit Interview process.
- Organise and manage the Induction & Onboarding Program for new hires.
- Assist in the coordination of Training Programmes for new hires.
- Issue Offer letters, Appointment letters, Transfers letters, Confirmation letters, Increment letters etc.
- Assist the finance team with employee related payroll queries
- Maintain employee files, employment contracts, personal information, policy acknowledgments, and statutory documents.
- Formulating policies and processes that are in line with Valocity’s vision and ensuring that the employees are onboarded and follow the same.
- Maintaining all employee records and updating them from time to time. These records have to be kept up to date for internal and external audits.
- Responsible for complete accuracy and maintaining HRIS (Bamboo HR and KEKA)
- Manage exit documentation, clearances, asset recovery, and full-and-final settlement coordination.
Employee Engagement & Organisation Development
- Align Global organisation Values with that of India organisational Values, so that its one team.
- Connect with people and build the organisational culture through various initiatives
- Manage the performance appraisal cycle and create a standard approach people and functions
- Understand employee grievances and resolve them
HR Compliance
- Responsible for all statutory compliances including PF, ESI, S&E, LWF, POSH etc
- Liaise with the Govt. Authorities etc.
- Liaise with background check supplier to conduct all background checks.
Administrative Tasks
- Procure, assign, track, and recover company assets such as laptops, mobile phones, ID cards, and accessories.
- Maintain an updated asset inventory and coordinate asset collection during employee exits.
- Research and shortlist suitable office spaces or coworking facilities across required locations.
- Coordinate lease agreements, office setup, vendor management, and workspace requirements for employees.
- Manage attendance records, leave applications, holiday calendars, and employee data on HR systems.
- Generate reports for management and support payroll processing with accurate data.
- Liaise with background check supplier to conduct all background checks.
Qualifications
- MBA graduate in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in Tech/IT and non-tech recruitments.
- Well versed with Labour Laws 2026 and other statutory compliances.
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in HR and Recruitment.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR and employment laws in India as well as the internal hiring processes
- Experience in the technology industry
- Experience with the offer management process, meeting employee due diligence /compliance requirements, and onboarding
- Experience, and track record for successfully partnering with senior executives and managers to make great hires and build great teams
- Use of HR Tech to manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes (Managing employee lifecycle)
- Well versed with HRMS like Bamboo and Keka.
Skills Required
- MBA in Human Resources or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in HR and Recruitment
- Experience in Tech/IT and non-tech recruitments
- Comprehensive understanding of HR and employment laws in India (Labour Laws)
- Experience using HR Tech to manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
