We’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy and organizational growth.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership while leading an international team of HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment between global HR initiatives and local business needs. You will drive impactful HR programs that enhance employee experience, improve retention and support business performance.

 

What you’ll do

  • Partner with managers and senior leaders on staffing, performance and employee development

  • Lead and coordinate an international team of HR Business Partners

  • Coach, develop and support the HR team and support functions

  • Monitor and manage the HR budget and external vendor relationships

  • Analyze HR data and KPIs to generate insights and drive informed decisions

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and reduce turnover

  • Support and lead organizational change initiatives and transformation projects

  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters (discipline, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, etc.)

  • Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and tools

  • Coordinate and oversee learning & development initiatives

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and strong leadership practices

 

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including a managerial role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation and current trends

  • Experience working with HR metrics and data-driven decision making

  • Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on

  • Advanced English required; French is a plus
