  • Manage sensitive employee relations matters with consistency, discretion, and thorough documentation
  • Provide coaching to managers on employee performance, conduct expectations, and best practices

Benefits Administration

  • Manage all employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and supplemental plans
  • Oversee enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and benefit changes
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions and vendor coordination
  • Partner with leadership on benefits evaluations, renewals, and compliance

Payroll Oversight

  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing in partnership with payroll systems and vendors
  • Ensure correct employee classifications, time and attendance tracking, and pay-related compliance
  • Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting as needed

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Active SHRM and CP membership and certification
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise in benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee relations
  • Proven ability to take initiative and operate with minimal direction
  • Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation, performance-driven environment
