Role Overview
The HR Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategic human resources initiatives that aim to attract, manage, and retain talent to support organizational success. As a member of the Leadership Team with oversight of North and South America, this role also contributes to global projects in collaboration with Alleima Tube headquarters in Sweden.
The HR Director serves as a key contributor in formulating and executing human resources strategies that secure, engage, and retain top talent aligned with the organization’s objectives. This function ensures that people strategies are customized to meet the specific requirements of each business unit. Through partnership with senior leaders, the role emphasizes talent management and succession planning, guaranteeing appropriate staffing for present and future organizational needs.
A core aspect of the role involves taking a holistic approach to enhancing performance management processes across all employee groups, including communicating goals and objectives. The HR Director will provide counsel to leadership teams on employee development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness, thereby advancing HR practices that reinforce and elevate business outcomes. This role supports a productive work environment and ongoing organizational growth.
Since part our production is unionized, you will need to participate in meetings and negotiate with Union/Labor regularly.

About You
This position requires residence in or relocation to the Clarks Summit, PA area.
Experience- At least 5- 8 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
Education- A bachelor’s degree in business or Human Resources.
