About the Role:
As a Delivery HR Manager at Turing, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of our GenAI and application engineering projects by aligning people strategies with business goals. Leading a team of HR Generalists, you will mentor and develop them into trusted partners for delivery leads and managers, proactively addressing people-related needs.
In this role, you will work closely with Turing's senior and executive leadership to ensure that HR strategies are scalable, data-driven, and support the company’s long-term objectives. The ideal candidate is tech-oriented, AI-savvy, and experienced in managing remote and globally distributed workforces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Generalists into proactive partners who support delivery managers in achieving high-quality project outcomes.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with senior and executive leaders to ensure HR strategies support business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and talent management.
- Global Workforce Management: Guide HR Generalists in supporting a globally distributed workforce, focusing on remote work challenges, engagement, and compliance across various regions.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine HR processes to support the rapid growth of GenAI and engineering teams, leveraging efficient tools, AI-powered solutions, and analytics to improve workflow and drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong background in leading HR teams within the tech or engineering sector, with a focus on scaling teams and managing remote workforces.
- Tech-savvy and AI-driven, with experience in using HR data/analytics to shape strategy and improve processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across a globally distributed organization.
- Experience in agile HR practices and the ability to implement scalable talent management solutions that support dynamic project needs.
- Experience working in GenAI, AI, or high-growth tech companies is preferred.
