We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner Manager to support and enable the Brazilian business. This role is responsible for owning complex HR topics end-to-end, acting as a trusted partner to local leaders while ensuring alignment with global People frameworks and standards.
This is a senior individual contributor role, ideal for someone who operates with high autonomy, navigates the complexity of Brazilian labor law with confidence, and translates people strategy into effective local execution.
You will work closely with local leaders, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and global COEs to ensure compliant, scalable, and people-centric HR practices in Brazil.
*Based in São Paulo | Hybrid (3x per week onsite).

Professional Qualifications
- Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in Brazil.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian employment law and HR compliance.
- Experience supporting leaders in fast-paced or scaling environments.
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus
What you’ll be doing:
- HR Business Partnering: Act as the main HR partner for local leaders, supporting workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Own core HR processes in Brazil, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, policies, and compliance.
- Labor Law & Risk Management: Independently manage complex labor relations topics, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Culture & Engagement: Support the activation of company culture, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives tailored to the Brazilian context.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with global COEs on people initiatives, ensuring local execution aligned with global standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
