東京オフィス所属のHRマネージャーには、アイデアとマネジメントスキルを駆使しながら、従業員のエンゲージメントと生産性、リテンションが上がるよう、事業目標に沿った人事施策やサービスを効率よく提供することを通じて、ハイパフォーマンス組織の形成にあたっていただきます。

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and conflict resolution
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a timely and fair manner
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues
  • Ensure that performance reviews are conducted regularly and align with company goals
  • Identify training needs across the organization and develop appropriate training programs
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Ensure that the company complies with all local employment laws and regulations
  • Coordinate with local payroll provider and Head of Global Payroll on monthly payroll changes
  • Support office administration, such as the employee snack program and coordinate employee events
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment efficiency and internal mobility
  • Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark salaries and benefits

  • 国内の給与計算代行会社およびGlobal Payroll責任者との月次給与調整
  • フリースナック制度や従業員向けイベントなどのオフィス運営支援
  • 離職率、採用効率、社内流動性などの人事指標に関する定期報告書の作成
  • 給与と福利厚生のベンチマーク調査の定期実施

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • A degree from a 3+ year university 
  • Deep knowledge of Japanese labor law, social and welfare benefits, and HR administration
  • Minimum of 5 years as an HR Manager or higher, focused on performance management, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Proficient in HRIS management
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • The willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment
  • An internal consultant mindset, with proven experience to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven excellence in project management skills: prioritizing workload, planning and organizing, demonstrating high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and professional delivery
  • Strong team player characteristics with entrepreneurial mindset and “can-do” attitude along with pro-active, results-oriented work style and highly professional conduct
  • Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to drive best practices globally
  • Fluent Japanese and English is a must, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • 業務の優先順位付け、計画・運営、正確性の高さ、細部へのこだわり、プロ水準の納品など、卓越したプロジェクトマネジメントスキルの実績をお持ちの方
  • チームプレイヤーであると同時に、起業家精神と「なせば成る」という姿勢で、積極性をもって成果主義な働き方ができる職業倫理の高い方
  • 人間関係構築力に優れ、ベストプラクティスをグローバルに推進できる方
  • 日本語と英語が流暢で、口頭および文面でのコミュニケーション能力に優れていること(必須)
