Manage the organization’s HR strategy and programs, advising leadership while overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, career development, compensation, benefits, policies, compliance, and HR metrics. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in HR management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experienced working in a start-up is a plus.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
