At Bigfoot Beverages, we believe great workplaces are built intentionally. They require strong relationships, clear expectations, consistent practices, trusted leaders, and an HR team that knows how to support both our people and the business.
We're looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead our day-to-day HR function and help create a consistent, positive, and well-supported experience for employees across Bigfoot.
This role will lead our HR team while partnering closely with managers and organizational leadership on employee relations, recruiting, performance, benefits, payroll, compliance, employee development, engagement, workforce planning, and the many people-related challenges that come with running a growing organization.
You'll be someone our employees and leaders can trust when things are going well, when things are complicated, and when the right answer isn't immediately obvious.
If you're an experienced HR professional who enjoys developing people, solving problems, strengthening leaders, improving processes, and helping an organization continue to grow, we'd love to meet you.
