Angott Search Group is partnering with a growing financial services organization to identify a Human Resources Manager. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and culture development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning, partnering with department leaders to identify hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
- Develop and manage onboarding programs that support a positive first-year employee experience.
- Serve as a confidential resource for employees, supporting managers with coaching, conflict resolution, and performance discussions.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal and state employment laws, particularly within regulated financial services environments.
- Maintain accurate HR systems, employee files, and reporting metrics.
- Lead policy reviews, handbook updates, and compliance-related training initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment and vendor relationships.
- Assist with compensation benchmarking and pay structure management.
- Manage the performance review process and support leadership in developing employee growth plans.
- Identify training and development opportunities to address skill gaps and strengthen organizational capabilities.
- Represent the organization at industry and community events, helping strengthen the company’s presence and relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within financial services, banking, lending, or another regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
- Experience managing recruiting, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required
