We are seeking a highly skilled
and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record of at least 8+ years of experience in HR
management, particularly in multinational corporations (MNCs), with extensive
expertise in payroll, employee record management, hiring processes, performance
management systems (PMS), employee engagement activities, and more.
This is a key leadership role
that will involve overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with legal
regulations, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall
growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition &
Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end
recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, hiring, and
onboarding of new employees. Ensure alignment with company hiring needs and
support workforce planning.
Attendance Management: Oversee attendance policies
and procedures. Track employee attendance, manage absenteeism, and ensure accurate
recording of leave requests. Work closely with department managers to address
attendance-related concerns.
Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process,
ensuring accurate and timely disbursements while adhering to all relevant laws
and regulations. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure consistency
and resolve payroll-related issues.
Employee Record Management: Maintain and manage
comprehensive employee records, including onboarding documents, performance
evaluations, benefits enrolment, and disciplinary actions, ensuring data
integrity and confidentiality.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure that the company’s HR
practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Regularly review and
update HR policies to align with current legal requirements and industry best
practices.
Employee Engagement &
Retention: Develop and implement employee
engagement programs, initiatives, and activities to foster a positive workplace
culture. Address employee concerns, and act as a point of contact for employee
queries and concerns. Promote a positive workplace culture by fostering open
communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
Performance Management: Assist in the development and
implementation of performance appraisal systems. Collaborate with managers to
address performance issues and ensure continuous employee development.
HR Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the overall HR
strategy, working closely with senior leadership to align human resources goals
with the company’s business objectives.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of
proven experience in an HR management role, preferably within a multinational
corporation (MNC). Experience in a USA-based MNC is strongly preferred.
Educational Qualification: A degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
Skills & Expertise:
Hands-on experience in payroll
management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws.
Strong understanding of the hiring
process, from job posting to onboarding.
Ability to handle sensitive and
confidential information with discretion.
Solid experience with Performance
Management Systems (PMS), including conducting appraisals and managing
performance improvement plans.
Proven ability in planning and
executing employee engagement activities that drive a positive culture
Proficiency in HR software and
Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently
and as part of a team.
Strong leadership and
decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure
and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
