We’re looking for a HR Manager to join the People Team in London! 

What you'll do:
  • Serve as the senior HR leader for the UK, partnering closely with regional and functional executives to align people strategies with business priorities.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing proactive guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent, leadership, and workforce planning.
  • Lead the execution of key People programs across the region, including talent planning, succession planning, performance management, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Drive organizational change and transformation efforts that support evolving business priorities while reinforcing Snap's culture and values.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters and partner with Employment Legal and regional leaders to navigate sensitive people issues with sound judgment and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards, People Analytics, People Operations, Learning & Development, IDEA, HR Tech, and other People functions to ensure regional business needs are represented in global programs and roadmaps.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Workplace, and other cross-functional partners to support operational excellence and manage organizational risk across Europe.
  • Use people data, organizational insights, and business metrics to influence talent strategies, identify opportunities, and drive measurable business impact.
  • Continuously simplify and improve HR processes, leveraging technology, data, and scalable solutions to enhance the employee and manager experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strategic Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy and organizational drivers with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
  • HR Expertise: Knowledge across core HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, and inclusion.
  • Executive Influence: Proven ability to coach, advise, and influence senior leaders with credibility, sound judgment, and strong business partnership.
  • Regional Knowledge: Experience supporting multiple European countries with an understanding of regional employment practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments. Experience supporting international organizations within a U.S.-based company preferred.
  • Employee Relations Expertise: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex employee relations matters while balancing business needs, legal requirements, and employee experience.
  • Change Management: Experience leading organizations through growth, transformation, and organizational change with clarity and empathy.
  • Project Leadership: Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders, functions, and geographies.
  • Collaboration: Builds strong partnerships across People functions and business organizations to deliver integrated, high-quality HR support.
  • Optimizes Work Processes: Continuously seeks opportunities to simplify processes, improve scalability, and enhance operational effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Management, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Experience in human resources, talent management, organizational development, or a related field within a multinational organization.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders across multiple functions and countries within Europe.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters in partnership with Employment Legal.
  • Strong knowledge of European employment practices and experience working across multiple countries.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Business organizations, G&A functions, and/or hardware or technology organizations.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience partnering with global stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Management, or related field.
  • Passion for Snap Inc.'s products and mission.
