As the Human Resources Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while overseeing core human resources functions that support employee success and organizational growth.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning- Lead recruiting strategies for office, field, leadership, and management positions
- Partner with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee onboarding programs that create an exceptional new hire experience
- Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
- Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees
- Conduct employee relations investigations and resolve workplace concerns
- Coach leaders on performance management, accountability, and employee development
- Guide corrective action, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement leadership development programs
- Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
- Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational culture
- Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Oversee benefits administration and employee leave programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support compensation planning and organizational development initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data
- Analyze HR metrics, turnover, recruiting performance, and workforce trends
- Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Lead organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, HR compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coaching, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations issues
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, manufacturing, skilled trades, or field service industries
- Experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and workforce analytics
- Experience leading recruiting, onboarding, and high-volume hiring initiatives
- Experience developing leadership training and employee development programs
