HR Manager – Sozo Skin
Sozo Skin is looking for an HR Manager to support our fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume hiring to support business expansion (including aethetic doctor and medical team)
- Ensure strong recruitment tracking & reporting system for better hiring visibility
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including employee cases and PKWT management
- Support HR operations and maintain organized HR processes
- Supervise L&D for clinic operations team : design & monitor all training modules for operation team, including doctors, therapist, nurse and other operational team
- Analyze the learning evaluation and prepare action plans
Requirements:
- Strong experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Solid Industrial Relations knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Can do attitude and proactive in solving problems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Aesthetic/beauty industry knowledge is a plus
