- Accountable for HR strategy implementation and compliance.
- Partnering with local management to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and coach the local HR team, ensuring development and performance.
- Setting priorities as aligned with the US, and allocates tasks and objectives within the HR tema
- Manage complex HR issues including organizational design, employee relations, and change management.
- Delegate operational tasks such as payroll and absence management while maintaining oversight.
- Advise management on recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
- Ensure streamlined HR processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR matters.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM
- 8+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
- Extensive knowledge of Dutch labor law and CLA implementation
- Extensive experience in working in a matrix organization with matrix reporting lines
- Experience in the IT or High Tech industry
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and MS Office
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in planning and organizing work.
