We’re looking for a HR Manager to execute a people strategy and long-term vision for growing our team while maintaining and strengthening our committed, collaborative, fun culture. You will have the responsibility for executing  our strategy in human resources, learning & development, and various cultural initiatives. In this role, you will see the company grow the headcounts, and you will be tasked with ensuring that growth only has positive impact on all our people. This role is key to the success of Lamudi as the development of our employees is essential for our own progress.

What a day at work for you will look like

  • You will work closely with the senior management team in building the human capital strategies and tactics Lamudi needs to achieve its goals.
  • You will strengthen our culture by organizing and executing team-building events and keep company culture top of mind
  • You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Develop plans for a variety of HR matters, such as compensation, benefits and performance management.
  • You will ensure compliance with employment laws, government agencies, and company policies and procedures through top notch administration processes

  • Leads by example: Agile & strict where needed, has eye for both people and the business.
  • 8-10+ years of work experience (experience in HR / People Operations is preferred, but all backgrounds are open to apply)
  • A charismatic people person, able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence and ability to work at multiple levels
  • A strategic thinker with a pragmatic and process-driven approach and a willingness to be hands-on and get things done
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining the culture at rapidly growing organizations
  • High emotional intelligence with strong problem-resolution skills

Skills Required

  • 8-10+ years of work experience
  • Experience executing people strategy, HR programs and operations
  • Experience in HR / People Operations
  • Strong experience building and maintaining culture in rapidly growing organisations
  • Experience with learning & development program design and execution
  • Experience with performance management, compensation and benefits planning
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance with government agencies
