The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO), this position is offered as a maternity leave replacement for the HR Manager France. The successful candidate will act as a partner for the business development, leading all key Human Resources activities for France while overseeing General Services and compliance with laws in matter, supporting local business in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and people development.

What will you do:

  • Act as HR Business Partner for the French organization, partnering with managers and the local Leadership Team on all people-related matters.
  • Oversee payroll, personnel administration, time & attendance management, and ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
  • Lead talent acquisition in coordination with Central TA Function, training and development activities, annual performance reviews, objective-setting processes, and compensation review cycles.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, labor law topics, and maintain constructive dialogue with employee representative bodies (CSE).
  • Monitor and maintain a good internal climate and people relations.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting data-driven decision making.
  • Coordinate temporary workforce management and oversee General Services, including company cars, mobile and IT equipment, travel expense administration, and workplace services.
  • Contribute to local and regional HR projects, including workforce planning, skills matrix implementation, collective agreement deployment, health & safety initiatives, and employee engagement events.

Requirements:

    • Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Economics, or a related field.
    • Experience: 10+ years of experience in HR positions preferably for structured companies, 3/5 years in HR leading roles.   
    • Professional skills: Solid knowledge of payroll tools (ideally ADP CELERGO). Understanding of talent acquisition, learning & development, employee relations, and performance management practices. Good analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and KPI monitoring.
    • Language Skills: French and English language knowledge are mandatory.
    • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Other software like Infor M3 and Talentia are preferrable.
    • Behavioral Requirements: Flexible, able to connect with the internal stakeholders, Team player, Communicator and relational skills.

Other details:

  • Location: Anneyron (26) or La Défense Courbevoie (92), France.
  • Duration: Fixed-term assignment for maternity leave coverage. 9 months starting from January 2027.

Skills Required
