Responsibilities:You take ownership of all HR-related matters throughout the entire employee life cycle - from onboarding to offboarding - across multiple production sites.
As the first point of contact for our specialists and managers, you provide expert guidance on both operational and strategic HR topics.
You support the entire recruitment process.
A wide range of HR initiatives, including health promotion, company reintegration management (BEM), and the implementation and monitoring of talent and performance processes, fall under your responsibility.
In close collaboration with social partners, you help foster a constructive and trust-based working environment.
You actively contribute to HR projects and take responsibility for the continuous development and harmonization of our HR processes.
You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on HR (e.g., Business Administration or Labor Law).
You bring several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager – ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Solid knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law is essential; experience with modern HR tools such as SAP R3 or Workday is a plus, though not mandatory.
Working in a structured and reliable manner comes naturally to you, and you are open to traveling (approx. 30%).
Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written (C1 level), rounds off your profile.
