HR Leadership: 30%
- Implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
- Oversee the execution of HR initiatives, policies, and programs for DTFS Mexico and NASC.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices with business needs.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend data-driven solutions that improve employee performance and organizational efficiency.
- Lead the HR teams in DTFS Mexico and NASC through coaching and mentoring to ensure KPIs are met.
- Manage the compensation strategy, ensuring the compliance of corporate policy, the competitive level salaries in Mexican market and the internal payment equity.
- Coordinate the Annual Salary and Benefits budget, review, approve the Variable compensation, the merit calculation and salary reviews.
- Oversee payroll processing including compliance with the legal requirements for Tax, Social Security, Infonavit, Fonacot, SAR, etc.
- Supervise the correct annual payroll processes: Christmas bonus, vacation prime, Saving Fund, Performance Bonus, Profit Sharing, etc.
- Supervise the International assignments processes in coordination with DIAS, EMT and other countries.
Performance Management: 20%
- Oversee performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
- •Guide managers in handling performance-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
- •Foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
- •Promote diversity and inclusion culture as well as respect, fairness, innovation, and passion for maintain and improve our satisfaction in labor environment.
Responsible for the HR function for the North American Service Center – 20%
- HR Management: Oversee HR functions and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws including employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage recruitment and selection to hire qualified candidates for the service center. Maintain staffing KPIs to ensure business continuity in the NASC.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Communications: 20%
- Responsible for communications, supporting the leadership in key messages to employees in DTFS Mexico and NASC.
- Alignment with DTFS NA Communications Management to align on key messages for the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in North America.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in Workday and other HR-related software.
