Responsibilities:
- Drive long-term workforce planning to ensure the region has the right talent, capabilities, and capacity to support business growth.
- Develop strategic recruitment plans that optimize sourcing channels, resource allocation, and hiring timelines.
- Provide strategic oversight of the full talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring role clarity, effective selection processes, and strong
candidate experience from screening through onboarding.
- Lead and execution of the performance management framework, enabling leaders to assess capability, elevate performance,
and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Identify strategic capability gaps and implement development solutions
- Partner with senior leadership to support major organizational initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 10+ years experience in Human Resources management, preferably in a multi-site, matrixed environment
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across the region.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to analyze HR data and generate meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Ability to travel within the northern region as required.
