Adams and Associates is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of the Center's Human Resources operations. This leadership position is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, staff development, performance management, and ensuring strict confidentiality while supporting the Center's mission.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm - In person ONLY
- Lead and supervise the Human Resources Department.
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, discipline, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO regulations, affirmative action requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee HRIS, personnel records, reporting, and compliance audits.
- Coordinate employee training, mentoring, and professional development.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and recognition programs.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
- Support Center operations while promoting employee engagement and organizational success.
- Make a meaningful impact on staff and student success.
- Lead a dynamic Human Resources department.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources management experience.
- Human Resources Certification preferred.
- Department of Labor approval required.
