- Assist in drafting job descriptions, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment offer letters and contracts.
2. Employee Relations & HR Records*
- Maintain confidential staff files, attendance registers, leave records, and support onboarding/offboarding of the 20 staff across Finance, Admin, Event/Training, and Marketing/Adhoc.
3. Legal Compliance & Policy Drafting
- Assist in drafting HR policies, staff handbook, disciplinary letters, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian Labour Law.

- Support preparation of salary schedule, PAYE tax computation, pension, and ensuring deductions are properly documented for finance.
5. Legal Research & Administrative Assistance*
- Conduct research on labour/employment laws, prepare MoUs/NDAs for clients, take minutes at management meetings, and file legal correspondence.
