About the Role
We’re seeking a Product Manager to help shape Africa’s first Sales Assistant for B2B teams. You’ll support our product vision, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure we’re consistently delivering the best experiences for our customers. We love bold thinkers who question assumptions, share fresh ideas, and keep us moving quickly.
What You’ll Do
Own the Roadmap: Drive the strategy for new features and improvements.
Inspire and Accelerate: Push our engineers to move quickly and build excellently.
Conduct Research: Talk to customers, gather insights, and track trends to steer the product in the right direction.
Launch and Iterate: Oversee product releases, gather feedback, and improve fast.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Several years in product management, ideally with B2B or SaaS products.
Leadership: You’re comfortable guiding teams and owning major product decisions.
Boldness: You can challenge our cofounder's ideas and promote healthy debate under any circumstances.
Result-Oriented: You turn ideas into action and keep projects moving.
Teamwork: You thrive in a team and communicate openly with everyone without feeling like you are throwing anyone under the bus.
Curiosity: You want to know how others solve problems and use customer feedback to do it better. You’re also deeply interested in what engineers implement on the backend and frontend.
Tools: Familiarity with GitHub and Linear (or similar tools) to plan, track, and manage projects.
Technical: You understand what software developers do at the design, code and database level.
AI Savvy: You can use a combination of OpenAI, Zapier and GraphQL APIs to automate processes.

Skills Required
- Several years in product management
