Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Leadership & Development Expert to join our HR Manufacturing & Quality team. This role is crucial in supporting the development and growth of our site population, enhancing their ability to unleash their full potential. The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director for the Learning Center, Talent Management, and DE&I Strategy, who will lead this COE, focusing on managing talents and developing both technical and leadership capabilities across the site. Key duties include driving the skill needs analysis, shaping the L&D roadmap for the year, maintaining training materials, securing funding for training programs, and managing relationships with external training vendors. Frequent interactions with the global COE will keep the strategy aligned with Corporate and will encourage the circulation of best practices and the development of a strong network. One of the key objectives of this role is to foster a better connection between performance and potential, talent assessment, and development plans, in alignment with our people strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a roadmap to sustain people development across the Manufacturing & Quality site (Coaching, Leadership events, language, Project Management, Six Sigma skills).

Support public funding planning (Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti) and deployment of related initiatives.

Conduct yearly leadership & development need gap analysis.

Contribute to the new hire inductions in synergy with instructors and stakeholders.

Serve as an internal advisor to the HR team and the site to identify future trends and strategic needs for talent management and employee retention

Participate in the Global Leadership & Development governance team and serve as a contact point for network requests and projects.

Act as a trainer for main global courses and a facilitator for local workshops leveraging up-to-date methodologies. Source external partners and speakers.

Provide reports regarding the adoption, satisfaction, and ROI of L&D initiatives.

Craft and sustain people circles and communities with a focus on coaching and engaging people on common interests and company culture.

Partner with the business to assess employee potential using global tools and processes and local efforts.

Support the Associate Director in designing and implementing strategies to develop and retain top talent within the organization.
Qualifications

Master’s degree.

Full proficiency in English

5+ years of experience in Leadership & Development, in a corporate environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

HR certifications, coaching license, and ability to deliver on specific L&D methodologies will be considered a plus.
