Enapter is a rapidly-growing energy technology company with offices in Italy, Germany and Thailand. We develop and produce Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolysers that enable low-cost green hydrogen production at any scale.

We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our Pisa team. You would work closely with our team leads and hiring members and guide candidates through the full cycle of recruiting.

What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?

• Supporting the Recruitment Process;
• Supporting Hiring Managers in defining Job Descriptions; 
  
• Managing onboarding and offboarding;
  
• Supporting the administrative management of employees;
  

What do you need to help make our goals a reality?

• First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it;
• At last 1 year of working experience in the HR Department;
• Experience in end-to-end recruiting, sourcing and working with HR Systems;
• You are well connected on Linkedin and know your way around the best techniques in talent sourcing (Linkedin recruiter, active sourcing, etc)
• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Italian;
• You are well organised, creative and have a desire to work in a rapidly evolving enviroment.
