Job Description:
We have a strategic HR & IT Architect position open to design, manage, and implement global IT and system infrastructure. This position will join a dynamic and fast-growing global organization supporting world-wide HR and Enterprise system architecture and operations with major sites in the US, EU, and APAC. The ideal candidate will design and lead enterprise technology architecture, aligning it with our business goals and global operations. This person will also facilitate HR processes and system enhancement. This person will collaborate broadly with multiple stakeholders, including HR, IT, engineering, and key stakeholders to deliver scalable, and forward looking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current and future system needs, designing architectures solutions using a variety of technologies.
- Lead infrastructure design and implementations across European and global offices.
- Research emerging technologies (AI, hybrid cloud) for enterprise technological roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver and support multiple departments and projects.
- Continuously improve infrastructure and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability, including enterprise infrastructure and HR/WD optimization
Required Skills and Experience:
- Master Degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Solid experience in AI and other emerging technology.
