Donaldson is looking for an HR intern to join our HR team in Leuven. You will support approximately 400 employees at our EMEA headquarters and help ensure the accurate and timely administration of key HR processes.
Specialized in filtration technology, Donaldson helps serve industries that keep the world moving, including transportation, agriculture, construction, mining and industrial equipment. We are looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn about the end-to-end employee life cycle and passionate about HR.
The internship is unpaid and needs to be a min. of 3 months to be able to add value, longer internships are always possible and even preferred. After your internship there is a possibility to join Donaldson permanently.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage leave and absence administration, including sickness, parental leave, educational leave, and special leave.
- Provide accurate employee data for payroll and time administration.
- Handle HR administration for new hires, employee changes, and departures.
- Administer bike leasing, transport subscriptions, remote working, overtime, and business travel.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in Workday and personnel files.
- Support recruitment, training, and other HR processes.
- Prepare HR reports and contribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects.
Min. Qualifications
- You are currently studying HRM, Organizatinal Psychology or a related subject.
- Are available for an unpaid internship of at least three months
- Can commute to our office in Haasrode
- Excellent attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken, French is beneficial but not a requirement
- A collaborative, hands-on, and flexible working style.
