You will join the Sourcing and Support Team, part of the Recruitment department at ASML Netherlands. This team is responsible for attracting interns, early career professionals, and senior experienced talent. A key focus is sourcing and engaging senior professionals to build a strong pipeline of future technology leaders. Our Professional Engagement Program plays a central role in achieving this goal.
Your AssignmentAs an intern, you will actively contribute to strengthening our Professional Engagement Program. Your key responsibilities include:
Supporting engagement initiatives: for examples, develop inclusive and compelling outreach content, come up with new ways to engage with senior candidates- we value your creativity and fresh ideas.
Talent sourcing and pooling: Identify and connect with potential candidates across various domains (e.g., software and data).
Contributing to innovation projects: Support ongoing improvements such as using AI for talent pooling/recruitment or other recruitment-related topics of interest.
Managing sourcing and engagement tools: Work with platforms like LinkedIn, Visage, and our CRM system.
Supporting ad hoc projects: Help organize team-building activities and contribute to internal and external initiatives.
This internship is suitable for bachelor or master students (HBO/WO) and can be completed as an internship or thesis internship. The duration is between 5 and 12 months, with a minimum of 3 to 4 working days per week. The internship is hybrid, and the expected start date is February 2026, but flexible.
Your ProfileTo be successful in this role, you:
Are a bachelor or master student in HRM, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
Have knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Are fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Are creative, proactive, and eager to propose new ideas and improvements.
Have a genuine interest in recruitment and talent engagement.
(Optional) Have experience with recruitment tools like Workday or LinkedIn.
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
