Deluxe is excited to offer a paid Summer Internship Program for students seeking a challenging, meaningful, and supportive internship experience in corporate philanthropy and community engagement. This 10-week internship will provide hands-on experience across several areas business functions and with the opportunity contribute to several strategic projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated student enrolled in a Philanthropy, non-profit management or related program to join the Talent Management team. This is a unique hybrid internship opportunity focused on maintaining and growing Deluxe’s partnerships with our existing foundation and community partners while also supporting employee engagement and volunteer events.

Work with existing community partners and Identify engagement opportunities for employees.

Maintain and update the giving and volunteer platform to showcase community partners and ensure that all information is up to date and accurate.

Coordinate and execute on a variety of fundraising engagement and employee volunteer events.

Assist with the preparation of executive reports and presentations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR projects and initiatives.
Program Details:

10 week in-office paid assignment. Hourly pay will be $20/hr.

Basic Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field
Preferred Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, and Non-profit Management

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Currently enrolled Junior or Senior
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 hourly. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
