Span is looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to support our HR Efforts especially in talent acquisition. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to help deliver a positive candidate experience and support day to day recruiting operations. This is a strong opportunity for someone interested in building a career in recruiting & human resources
What You’ll Do
During this internship, you will:
Assist theTA teamwith Span’s recruiting initiatives
Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process with timely communication and updates
Review applicants and help schedule phone screens
RepresentSpanat recruiting and networking events
Support marketing campaigns designed to attract top talent
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing/ Completed a Bachelors or Mastersin Human Resources, Business or a related field
Experience withG Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
