You will have the opportunity to work as an HR Intern in a Team supporting global processes within the Global Compensation and Benefits Team.
In this role, you will gain valuable experience in managing and maintenance of benefits programs dedicated to DNV employees in several different countries.
In your role, depending on the priorities, you will be involved in multiple activities, which may include:
- Maintaining employee data in HR systems and issuing HR documents;
- Supporting benefit maintenance processes including document preparation, cost calculation and allocation;
- Manage employee personal files in compliance with the local legal requirements;
- Answering employees’ questions and improving our HR knowledge database;
- Handling various benefits from different angles such as insurance, pension schemes, cafeteria, and more.
- Medical package (Medicover), life insurance, mental health helpline, and a grant for glasses;
- Pension Scheme (PPE) and profit-sharing program;

To maximize your chances, you need:
- University degree (completed or in progress), preferably within HR, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel;
- Fluency in English;
Strong interest in the HR area, especially compensation and benefits;
- Previous working experience in HR will be an asset;
- Positive attitude, customer focus, and team player mindset;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Commitment to high-quality work with keen attention to detail;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills;
