As an HR Intern at iKnowHow S.A., you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience and learn about various aspects of HR operations. You will be assisting the HR team with day-to-day tasks and projects, including recruitment, employee record maintenance, and HR administration.
This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the HR field and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside experienced professionals.
*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.
Responsibilities
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and motivation to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
