POSITION OVERVIEW

The mission is expose intern to different facets of Human Resources and identify the different processes involved in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Organizational Justice, Total Rewards, Learning and Development, and Office Administration.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

  • Assist in the end-to-end process of Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, Test administration and assessment, Job offer, and Collection and maintenance of 201 Files.
  • Assist in the Onboarding process.
  • Assist in the tracking of recruitment and hiring bonuses i.e. Employee Referral Bonus and Signing Bonus.

Total Rewards

  • Assist in sending payroll inclusion memos to Accounting Department​​​​​​​
  • Assist in the processing of new employee’s member enrollment or update to various government agencies such as SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, BIR etc.
  • Assist in the processing of new employee enrollment to company’s HMO service provider.
  • Assist in monitoring of attendance and processing of timekeeping for payroll processing.
  • Assist the Total Rewards team in employee leave management.

Learning and Development

  • Assist in Learning and Development Projects such as completion of modules in the Employee Road Map and updating of the current offered trainings.
  • Assist in the management and updating of the Learning Management System – Talent LMS and in performing cost-benefit analysis and comparison of the current platform to other possible platforms.
  • Assist in Content Development such as researching for applicable content depending on the need of module to be created, creating a Facilitator Guide per assigned topic base from the results of the research done, and creating a presentation form the information gathered initially.

Office Administration

  • Assist in Handling office tasks: filing, generating, reports and presentations, setting-up for meetings.
  • Assist in monitoring office supplies in accordance with the department guidelines and get high level authorizations.
  • Assist in coordinating building and equipment maintenance request.
  • Take minutes of the meeting and generate report from the summary.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Other Adhoc Tasks

  • Assist in creating posters and promotional materials for upcoming Employee Engagement, Occupational Safety and Health and Business Continuity related activities.
  • Assist in lead generation projects for possible vendors and suppliers for Human Resources and Office Administration Department.
  • Assist in all external event participation.
