Flowserve Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to assist Flowserve's learning and development team. This role will offer the opportunity to learn about core HR functions, support ongoing projects, and develop practical and technical skills in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:Assist in developing materials, processes and tools to support HR initiatives
Support reporting and tracking in various HR systems.
Provide general support to the Learning and Development Director.
Participate in team projects and contribute to overall success of the human resources team.
Utilize data-driven insights to monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions
Collaborate with HR leaders to develop insights that inform stakeholders and confirm Human Resource decision-making using reports
Analyze HR data, design and deploy reports, dashboards or other tools, and identify key trends based on that data
Hands-on experience with a leading HR tools
Opportunity to work with experienced Human Resource Leaders
Development of a key strategic resource for Flowserve
Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business or relevant field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
