HUMAN RESOURCE INTERN, CHANEL SCANDINAVIA

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative and practical tasks and to support HR daily activities. The position acquires strong communication and organizational skills combined with an interest for human resource, communication, employment law, and business.
You are diplomatic, detail-oriented, service-minded and driven by the opportunity to provide first class support. You have a positive can-do attitude, as you will have to juggle the various demands of a fast-paced business environment.
The position is a temporary position based in Copenhagen and reports hierarchically to the Human Resource Director, Denmark. The position is a part-time role, 20 hours per week, in an inspiring environment in a Company with high ambitions and great courage.
Your responsibilities and tasks as an HR Intern are:
To support the HR Team with various administrative and practical tasks, such as:
- Proof reading, drafting, and preparation of various HR materials.
- Develop and maintain our HR policies and processes.
- Assist in maintain the company intranet
- Various HR ad-hoc tasks
We are looking for:
- Relevant education within HR and/ or Law
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Computer savvy: significant knowledge in M. Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Well-organized, able to work with deadlines
- Open-minded and team-player
- The ability to work independently, methodically, accurately, and neatly
- Familiarity with Danish or Norwegian employment legislation is considered an advantage.
