RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support company culture committee and community engagement
• Support employee engagement initiatives that contribute to job satisfaction and high morale
• Support Voice of Colleague initiatives
• Assist in workplace safety program
 

DESIRED MAJORS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS
• Rising sophomores and above.
• Majors Preferred: Human Resource Management, Industrial and organizational
psychology, occupational health and safety, business administration, labour and
employee relations. GPA: 2.7 and above

Skills/Experience/ Attributes

• Familiarity with Microsoft office suite
• Familiarity with data analysis preferred but not required
Willing to speak up, ask questions and curiosity minded
Comfortable with data, communicating and generating ideas and pitching thoughts that can improve safety and work culture. Someone with a passion for working with people to improve perceptions of the corporate mission, and their work environment.
