Support the HRSSC team in daily operational activities, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in invoice tracking and monitoring activities.
- Support the team in raising requests through internal forms and email communications.
- Coordinate and consolidate monthly reports from various stakeholders.
- Assist HR Operations teams with data preparation and upload activities.
- Prepare and maintain operational trackers and reports.
- Support automation of finance and payroll-related reports using Microsoft Excel and automation tools.
- Assist in generating Word forms and templates from Excel data.
- Support automated email distribution processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
- Participate in process improvement and automation projects.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and explore automation tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Query, VBA, Python, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
