We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative tasks, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience and a broad understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for cybersecurity roles (junior to leadership level).
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates using various sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay updated on cybersecurity hiring trends and skill demands.
Qualifications & Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on HR experience across multiple functions
